2. Visiting this website

When you open this website, our hosting provider automatically processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time of the request, browser and operating system, referring URL). This is required to deliver the website securely and is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

3. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use marketing cookies. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is transferred to third-party font services.

Google Analytics – only with your consent. If you click “okay” in the analytics notice, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to understand how visitors use this website (e.g. pages visited, time on page, approximate location, device and browser type, and which links to the e.c.t. store are clicked). For this, Google sets cookies on your device and processes your IP address in shortened form. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 165 (3) TKG 2021). Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded. Your choice is stored locally in your browser. You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Analytics” in the footer of this website, with effect for the future. Analytics data is kept for 14 months. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your e-mail address to send you news about fraegile. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). We use the double opt-in procedure: you will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your subscription.

You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter or by e-mail to us. We then delete your address from the mailing list.

5. Contact

If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process the data you provide in order to answer your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). We delete the data once your request has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply.

This website links to Google Maps (directions), ectstudio.com and Instagram. These services only process your data once you follow the link. Please refer to their privacy policies.

7. Your rights
